If you're looking for the whole family to stay, this is the house for you. With sleeping arrangements for 9-10 people, there is plenty of room for ta large group. We are located just 2.3 miles from the Buffalo Airport, 10 miles from Downtown Buffalo, 14 Miles from the Bills Stadium, and 24 Miles from Niagara Falls.

We are pet friendly and have a large fenced in backyard.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 has a set of twin bunkbeds with a pull out twin trundle bed.  This room has a space theme for the younger ones of the group.  There's a cool star nightlight that will make the kids fell like they're sleeping in space!  We also have a portable pack and play if ther is an infant or toddler in your group.

 

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a comfortable King sized bed (sleeps 2-3) and boho Sun decor.  It's a relaxing retreat!

 

Bedroom 3 has a comfortable Queen sized bed and sleeps 2. It's a quiet getaway tucked in the back corner of the house.

 

The Buffalo Living Room couch pulls out to a Queen sleeper if all the bedrooms are full!

 

There is an open concept living room/dining room where everyone can sit and relax and talk about their adventures in Buffalo.

The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and spices just in case you decide to stay in for your meals- you'll be missing out though- Buffalo has some of the best food around!

 

A brand new washer and dryer are there for your use!

We purchased this house earlier this summer with the thought of opening up a short-term rental becasue it was nice and close to the airport. We've had great success with our other two properties and thought Woodbine would be a nice addition.
